Do you paint, do you draw? Do you express yourself creatively? Or maybe you have never done it and you are wondering if this form of workshops is for you?
It’s not about talent but following your imagination. You use it all your life and you are a true expert at this!
During the workshop, you will create a collage of your birth. You will connect your mind with your body through a simple and accessible path to discover Your attitude towards the upcoming birth and changes. The collage will be like a map of threads worth looking at. We will pay attention to them and treat them as a guide.
We will talk about what is important to you and how to take care of it. We will draw from each other.

How will your time with us enrich you?

• we will take a look at your thoughts about childbirth and the beliefs behind them,
• you will become aware of the most important needs and make friends with them,
• you will learn ways to take care of your needs
• you will spend time creatively in the company of supporting women.

We will talk about a good birth, safety, acceptance, trust, self-expression, support, influence and agency.
You will take your birth collage home. It will remind you of your needs and give you courage to act.
We will take care of aromatic tea, a healthy snack and the scent of therapeutic essential oils.
